Pylypets Here one of the most beautiful waterfalls of Ukraine, the Shypit waterfall, cascades between rocks from a height of 15m and drops its waters into a picturesque mountain valley. It flows from a big underground source in Polonyna Borzhava, one of the most beautiful places of the Ukrainian Carpathians. A stay here allows you to escape from civilization and revitalise.

Synevyr Pass One of the most scenic passes of the Ukrainian Carpathians, its height reaches 793m and allows you to admire the stunning views of the surrounding mountain ranges. 

Synevyr Lake Synevyr, also called ‘The Sea Eye’, is a spectacular gem of the Ukrainian Carpathians. It attracts visitors with its picturesque mountain landscapes and crystal clear water that has harbored pure-blooded trout for a long time. The lake was formed about 10 000 years ago at a height of 989 m, and its maximum depth is 22 meters.

Brown Bear Rehabilitation Center Synevyr National Natural Park hosts Brown Bear Rehabilitation Center that encompasses an area of 12 hectares. Human activity resulted in extinction of the biggest predators in Ukraine. The center is created to rehabilitate brown bears that suffered poor treatment in captivity and those who suffered natural disasters, in an attempt to revive the population.

Kalechyn The homeland of the Carpathian Ukraine president Avgustyn Voloshyn is also known for its unique source of naturally sparkled mineral water, “Kelechyn”, popularly known in Ukraine for its health benefits.

Day 1 breakfast – Choose from a number of options in the fast food cafe “Okay” in Korostiv village.  Day1 lunch – At restaurant “Hadzivska khyzha” in Pylypets village. On the menu: salad, mushroom soup, mashed potatoes with Polonyna meat, bread, tea. Price – 105 UAH per person. Day 1 dinner – Choose from a number of options in the fast food cafe “Okay” in Korostiv village.

Currency
Ukrainian hryvnia. You might want to bring a small amount of local currency for drinks and souvenirs.
